Problems with booking?
Are you unable to complete your booking? Please contact the Tourist Information Office by phone (089 39 74 30) between 9.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. or by e-mail to toerisme@bilzenhoeselt.be. Be sure to mention any error message you received or describe the problem as well as possible.
Important to know
The driver
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid B driving licence.
Each driver must show his/her driving licence when collecting the trolley. Our reception staff will make a copy.
It is not allowed to change drivers during the ride (insurance).
Passengers
There is a maximum of 4 people per trolley (adults and children). Our 8 trolleys can therefore accommodate a maximum of 32 people.
Children
Taking a baby with you is not allowed.
Taking a child in a baby carrier is not allowed.
It is not possible/allowed to put a maxi-cosi or child seat on the trolley.
Children from 1m35 can be taken safely on the pushchair.
The pushchair is a very suitable vehicle for touring with people with reduced mobility. The wheelchair cannot be taken on the trolley. Be sure to contact us personally for further details.
A small dog can be taken on the trolley, but at your own responsibility.
Your route
With a green trolley, you enter regular traffic. So you drive on public roads, not on footpaths or (separate) cycle paths.
You can view and download the possible routes in advance.
Possible supplements
Picnic
You can bring your own picnic or order one with local produce when you reserve a green cart.
Guide
Tourist guide: 70 euros per 2 hours. (+ 30 euro for an extra hour)
Can be booked via toerisme@bilzenhoeselt.be at least 14 calendar days in advance.
